Can the innocent suffering of one man change the world?
25 May 2020 George Floyd suffered innocently at the hands of those who were meant to bring justice. This week, huge protests have taken place around the world campaigning for an end to racist abuse and police brutality. We pray that God will use the innocent suffering of one man George Floyd, to change the world for good.
Can the innocent suffering of one man change the world?
This Sunday we’re going to hear about how God has used those who have suffered unjustly to change the world. Join us this Sunday to find out more. Daithi will be leading our service and Nick will be speaking on Genesis 40-41. If you have time, it would be worth reading all of Genesis 40-41 before the service as we’ll not be reading all of the chapters.
You can join us live on Facebook here and afterwards there will be a link posted watch a video of the service.
Please let those offline know that they can phone 049 4305485 to listen to the service recording.
We will be live from 10:55am with Daithi playing some music, and an opportunity to gather and greet one another in the comments for an 11am start. We will show some of the entries from the children’s competition at the beginning of the service.
Please join us ‘live’ if you can as it’s good to still ‘gather’ together, sing, pray and hear from God together. They’ll be a time for Questions at the end of the service, so feel free to send them in beforehand or to just message them in at the end of the service. Then we’ll have coffee on Zoom – we’d love to ‘see’ you there, please let Nick or Daithi know if you need any help with getting connect.
Look forward to ‘being’ with you at 11am on Sunday morning.
