So what do you actually do at a Bible Study?!

Every week at 8:30pm we meet together for a Bible Study, but what is that and why should you give up an evening to join us?!

Well it’s a fairly unique opportunity to have a breather from whatever has been going on in the week and to be refreshed by God’s Word. Psalm 19 tells us that

the Word of God revives the soul!

Surely that’s something we all need.

But I thought I’d finished my studies – it sounds a bit academic!

It’s a fairly relaxed evening, we start with tea, coffee and cake and a chance to catch up on what’s been going on, then we read the Bible reading that we had on Sunday and talk about what it means for us. You can ask any questions and you don’t need to be an expert to take part. Then we share anything that we’d like to pray about and pray out loud if you want to, or just quietly if you prefer.
