“I could sit and read there” – William reached the new end of the new path and was delighted! It’s opened up a new door for him toward the end of the garden.
When disability enters your life you start to see the world differently. Are there steps? Will I get stuck? Will my wheelchair make it? It’s such a relief when things ‘work’.
And so we’re so thankful for all your support to make the garden ‘work’ for William. Whether you prayed, gave, turned up to move concrete and stones or brought food for the hungry workers! We managed to lay another 25m of concrete and used the digger to finish making the way for the remainder of the path.
So far we have spent 1,311.5 euro on concrete, a digger, stone, cement and timber. This is more than I budgeted for, but less than the Lord has provided through your generous donations. We probably have about another 35m to go, so we’re well over half way!
Thank you again, and here’s some photos of the work, the concrete queue and a young digger driver!
